Billing themselves as a community is curious. "Community" means there should be a way for members of the site to interact with each other. There is a membership to the site, but membership allows the user to remember favorite podcasts. There are forums, which appear to be mostly geared to podcasters talking with each other.
They have a really effective way to browse a topic hierarchy of the podcasts. It is by "genre" with a decent categorizational system of genres.
The site makes heavy use of Flash for browsing everything.
